Those

methodology and specific descriptors to assist them in comparing bottles.
Because they contain 40 percent alcohol volume, “tasting distilled
spirits is a little more difficult and needs more preparation than tasting
wines or beers,” says Julio, San Francisco’s tequila disciplinarian.
